About This Event

Join us for friendship, fun and a chat over morning tea. Make new friends and have some fun.

We meet every Monday morning.

From 9.00am to 10.00am, we will have beginner’s line dancing with Jane or Vicki; from 10.00am to 10.30am we relax with a cuppa and a chat.

From 10.30am to 12.00pm today we will run our very own “Melbourne Cup”. On the previous Monday we will have auctioned our (hobby) horses, that have been taken home by their new owners and decorated.

Today we race them! Judy will be our organising Steward for the morning.

We’ll have a special “Fashions on the Field” contest, so wear your best (or most outrageous!) Race Day gear or hat. Last year, our very elegant Lilian won the prize.

We have sweeps on the day too, so bring some change.

Bring a plate to share, or a gold coin donation is welcome.

It will be a fun day.
